Kelsee Bobrowski, NBC-HWC
Hey y’all! My name is Kelsee Bobrowski, and I am excited to join Alpine Wellness Clinic as the Peptide Management/Weight Loss Program Specialist. Allow me to provide a brief review of my life experiences that have led to this moment.
I am from a southern family with most of my roots in South Georgia. We moved outside of the Dallas, Texas area when I was a toddler, and I was able to grow up in a small town with lots of community. I was an athlete all my life and found my passion for basketball very young. Years of training, traveling, and competing in basketball provided me the opportunity to play at the collegiate level at St.
Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. My journey through college was mentally and emotionally trying as I had multiple injuries that impeded my ability to compete. It was during these trying years of college I came forth about my mental health disorder relating to food and nutrition which caused a lot of my injuries. After seeking the counseling and nutrition support I needed, I found my passion in school.
I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward’s University and Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University focusing on motivation and behavioral modification. After working in the social work field, I found that my satisfaction was low in my career because I was missing the fitness and nutrition aspects I enjoy using to help others. I obtained my certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning coaching, and sports nutrition. I have been in the fitness and nutrition industry for over eight years.
Fall of 2022 I began my training program as a health and wellness coach. I completed the necessary coursework and intern hours to sit for the national board exam for health and wellness coaches. March 2023, I passed the board exam certifying me as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). This credential has allowed me the opportunity to utilize all the education, certification, and life experiences to help clients envision the best version of themselves and establish lifestyle management techniques to accomplish that vision.
When I am not working at Alpine Wellness Clinic, you can find me training clients on mobility and strength exercises, teaching as an adjunct for College of Western Idaho psychology department, or outdoors with my husband and our three dogs. I am grateful to be here to serve you and your vision of wellness.
