Caitlyn Seagrove – Lead Phlebotomist/ MA
Cait is an amazing person. She came to us with many unrealized talents. As a hard of hearing person she had been denied many opportunities to shine. AND boy does she shine! We love our Cait! She is an expert in her phlebotomy and IV skills. She is an amazing assistant in our procedure room too. Please be sure to smile big and let her see the sparkle in your eyes. We are so grateful to have her as a part of our growing team.
Cait: I moved to Idaho in 2016 from California with my family. We wanted to have a slower life, time for more family-oriented activities and be around like-minded people. I love waking up with a book or being in the outdoors. We are always looking for new places to explore.
I worked for my great-grandfather real estate office from 15y/o till I was 21. I loved working for him and soaked up all his wisdom. After I got married I became a stay-at-home mom. I will always cherish that time, but I was itching to get back to work. Phlebotomy called to me and I went back to school in 2018. It was important to me to show my daughter what hard work and dedication can get you.
I’m so blessed to work at AWC and be a part of such a strong work family.
